Virus Interruptus

the novel warThis post has been a long time coming. When the world was seized by an invisible irrepressible foe it paralyzed my desire to write. A strange new war had developed. It sent my thoughts sideways in an attempt to understand the full gravity of the situation. Our plans to sell our home and hit the road in search of adventure and renewal had evaporated over night. We had to scramble in this new confusion to reassemble the pieces. It now seems there is another plan in play. One that we did not have a colored box for on our decision tree. Now what?

The real-time maps of global infection/death rates scream a shrill color of red, the color of blood, to drive home the fear. The psychological impact is forever burned behind your retinas and makes it as real as the mask on your face. Trust me, I am not making light of this situation. I am merely skeptical of the danger and over arching restrictions being imposed across the planet. Aren’t you?

Biohazard Walking

I admit it. I am having trouble watching the world melt down and, in the process, contort humanity into walking, talking, breathing, spitting biohazards; the dreaded asymptomatic carrier that needs to be masked, gloved and controlled in perpetuity. We sit helplessly and watch from our “safe spaces” as economies are destroyed, lives destroyed, and lies propagated with no accountability in sight. And this, not by the hapless designs of a lifeless virus but by the design of suspiciously over zealous global alphabet soup agencies that have responded to this “threat” by declaring war on “it”. Why? We are told it is to save the “at risk” among us and protect us from ourselves and the scary germs we carry.

Distilling this notion even further, we are to believe that healthy people should put their own health and rights at risk for the sake of the “most vulnerable”; a variable that will never change. Think about that. Another assumption is that these measures are temporary and will not affect how people are governed in the future (read: Authoritarian actions become normalized). When did we lose sight of the obvious? Those who are “at risk” must take the proactive measures to mitigate their exposure to any and all contagions (not just this one). The healthy would do well to be exposed to the pathogen and build natural immunity that will last a lifetime, thereby, conferring herd immunity and by default protecting the “at risk”.

The war ends when a novel vaccine arrives. A vaccine funded and promoted by a software billionaire and his wife. They have purchased this ability to direct the actions of global agencies to implement this coup against the people unobstructed. Changing the Rules

I have been keeping a close eye on how much the laws for employee protection in the workplace have changed since the war began. The EEOC and/or OSHA guidelines stated that employers 1) could not force an employee to wear a mask unless the employer could prove that a hazardous substance could be detected in the environment, 2) could not be rt-PCR tested for COVID19 (a test that provides inaccurate results >50% of the time) and 3) could not require vaccination when it becomes available. Well, it didn’t take long for the ground rules on forced mask wearing to be lifted without proof of hazard. And as of June 2020, an employer now has the legal right to take your temperature and have you tested for coronavirus. How long before they allow forced vaccination in order to keep one’s job?

Ironically, human beings and our survival depend on these germs to be our partners in life – without them we would cease to exist. It’s a symbiotic relationship and requires our participation to keep them happy and balanced so that we can successfully mitigate disease and illness. It’s basically “’til death do us part”. Sadly, the paradigm of health and medicine has taken a wild turn to the untenable realms of make believe and it’s taking us down with it.

Six Degrees of Separation

The definition of “Six Degrees of Separation” is the idea that all people are six, or fewer, social connections away from each other. Does anyone else find that interesting given our new circumstances? Five months later and we are still wearing masks and gloves and insisting on social distancing (six feet) in all public spaces. We are teaching our children to fear their world and everyone in it. Why? The new normal. When you go back to work or back to the physical office space be prepared to wear a device that will track your movements, beep at you when you break the social distancing rules, and report your vitals.

Not to mention the lab rat setting that is now being imposed by school administrators nationwide by writ of CDC guidelines. The indoctrination of the most vulnerable in our society, the children, has begun. Truly, a brave new world where the dream of man as machine bereft of Spirit becomes the primary goal for the future.

We all have our own choices to make. That is, until we don’t. What will we do when we no longer have a choice about vaccinations, travel, food, and medical decisions? Take a moment to recall when this type of global control via unrelenting streams of propaganda campaigns were used before – and not so long ago.

If you feel that wearing a mask in public spaces is necessary than please do so – that is your right. There are various legitimate reasons for people to wear them. For those of us that have decided differently we simply lay claim to our sovereign right to make informed personal health decisions without threat of reprisal (i.e., banned entry to stores, job loss, business closure, mob rule tactics, etc).

Keep Us Safe

After 9/11 we woke up to a new world of less self rule and a prison like atmosphere that we have grown used to and are even comforted by because “it keeps us safe”. Even after years of dubious results provided by our TSA handlers they are still entrenched and continue to function as an “invaluable asset” in our twenty plus year war on… terrorism. We simply trust the “experts” too much. “We did our bit” and no one expected we’d still have troops in the Middle East in 2020. Will the war on COVID19 be the same?

This crisis is a manufactured assault on humanity. It is a military maneuver flanking us from all sides. A novel form of quantitative easing or redistribution of wealth, power, and control. Always at the people’s expense but this time, this time nothing is off the table. Am I saying there is no outbreak or illness? No. It is, however, being used to aggressively pull up the roots of our lives and plant them in a completely different terrain than existed before the lockdown.

I hesitate to give my thoughts to the possibility that this crisis will provide the opportunity to diminish our rights even further but it seems to be playing out in just that fashion. I pray that all those who have suffered losses – loved ones to livelihood to financial ruin – will be able to regain their footing and renew their strength.

Fear is the real killer in the room. It can take you down, make you weak, and ultimately mentally/physically sick. What we think, how we think, and what we believe have far more power than a pathogen ever could.

Move Forward

My post and thoughts on this are not meant to disgruntle or offend anyone. I am just one person trying to navigate my way through this bizarre web of events. All I can offer is what comes from the heart and an honest concern over what I see happening.

With that, we have once again decided to move forward with our plan come hell or high water. This time we are allotting space for a more spontaneous and organic process – adventure and renewal await! Thanks for reading…

Jan 2022: Looking back at this post now… Everything I wrote has come to pass. It really wasn’t difficult to see it coming. I still wonder at the Covid Cult that has grown in its religious tenacity and dogmatic contradictions that yield no quarter to reality or Truth. The useless fear I see in people brings me to tears – humanity is eating its own in a bizarre orgy of moral madness. Each obedient step is another nail in our hands and feet to a tree that bears only rotten fruit. I pray people can break the spell they are under… Much love to you all.

The big question is what will we all do? When I found that employee rights, and more broadly, human rights were quickly eroding… so many red flags. Thanks so much for reading and commenting :). x
